Terms of Service

The rules for using Point Court: our website, courts, programs and memberships.

Last updated October 26, 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service apply when you use the website, courts and services of PointCourt LLC ("Point Court," "we," "us"), at 5 Browns Road, Nesconset, NY 11767. By using them, booking, or becoming a member, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Messaging Terms, the club rules and the waiver you sign.

You must be at least 18 to create an account or book. Young players take part with a parent or guardian who accepts these terms for them.

2. Accounts

You create an account through our booking system, CourtReserve. Give us accurate information, keep your login private, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Bookings, open play, clinics and lessons

Courts, open play, leagues, clinics and lessons are booked and paid for in CourtReserve. Each listing shows its level, time and spots. Please arrive about 10 minutes early and check in at the front desk.

Cancelling a booking: you can cancel a booking in the member portal up to 24 hours before it starts. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.

We may change or cancel a session, for example for weather, staffing or low sign-ups. If we cancel, we will offer a refund or credit.

4. Memberships and billing

The Club membership costs $8 a month. It renews automatically each month on the first of the month, and the fee is charged to the card you have on file, until you cancel.

Cancelling a membership: you can cancel at any time in the Point Court app before your next billing date. Your membership then ends after the month you have paid for.

We will give members at least 60 days' notice before we change a price or the terms of a membership. The membership agreement you accept when you join sets out the full terms. Guests pay guest rates and the guest fee shown at booking.

5. Waiver and club rules

Everyone who plays must sign our waiver before they play, and parents sign for players under 18. You agree to follow the club rules, to wear proper court shoes and clothing, and to treat players and staff with respect. If these terms and the waiver disagree about injury or liability, the waiver applies.

6. Young players

A parent or guardian is responsible for a young player and for registering them, and agrees to these terms for them. Our staff and coaches supervise sessions. An adult must escort the young player to the reception desk at check-in, and do the same at pickup.

7. Parties and events

Birthday parties, team outings, fundraisers and private events are arranged with us directly. What is included, any deposit and the cancellation rules are agreed in writing for each event.

8. Photos and video

We photograph and film at the club and may use the images on our website, social media and ads. If you or your child should not appear, tell the front desk and we will respect that. You can also give or decline permission when you sign our photo and video release.

9. Behavior and safety

We can ask anyone to leave, and can suspend or end a membership, for unsafe or disrespectful behavior, for breaking the rules, or for not paying. You are responsible for damage you cause to the facility or equipment.

10. Using our website

Use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not copy our content, photos or logo without our permission, try to break into our systems, or send spam through our forms. The Point Court name, logo and website content belong to us.

Our site links to other services, such as CourtReserve. We are not responsible for them.

11. Messages

If you opt in to texts or WhatsApp messages, our Messaging Terms apply. Opting in is never required to book, join or buy.

12. Disclaimers and limits

We provide the website and services as they are and do not promise they will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Point Court is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing here changes the waiver.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Suffolk County, New York, unless the law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Using our services after a change means you accept it, where the law allows.
