Messaging Terms
The rules for text messages and WhatsApp messages from Point Court.
Last updated October 26, 2026
1. About this program
These Messaging Terms apply to text messages (SMS) and WhatsApp messages from PointCourt LLC ("Point Court," "we," "us"). The program is called Point Court Updates. By opting in, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by ticking the consent box next to your phone number on a form on our website, or by agreeing in person at the front desk. The box is never ticked for you. We keep a record of your consent. You can use our services without opting in.
3. What we send
• Service messages: booking and session reminders, schedule changes, waitlist updates, account and payment notices.
• Promotional messages: new sessions, leagues, programs, events and offers. We send these only if you opted in to them. Examples: "Point Court: Your clinic starts tomorrow at 5 pm. Reply STOP to opt out." and "Point Court: New Saturday open play sessions are on the calendar. Book at pointcourt.com. Reply STOP to opt out."
4. Consent is not a condition of anything
Agreeing to receive marketing messages is not required to buy anything, join, book or take part in a program. Your consent covers messages sent by automated technology to the number you gave us, even if that number is on a Do Not Call list.
5. How often, and what it costs
Message frequency varies. The program is free, but message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your carrier. Check your plan or ask your carrier for details.
6. Stop and help
• To stop marketing texts at any time, reply STOP to any message from our sending number, to confirm, or use the unsubscribe link when one is included. We will send one confirmation text and then stop. You will not receive more marketing texts unless you opt in again.
• For help, reply HELP, or contact us at info@pointcourt.com or (631) 382-7425.
• If you joined more than one program, opt out of each one separately.
7. WhatsApp
We send WhatsApp messages through Klaviyo, only if you opted in and shared your WhatsApp number with us. WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and its terms and privacy policy also apply. To stop, reply STOP, block or mute our number in WhatsApp, or contact us. Opting out of one channel does not opt you out of the others unless you say so.
8. Carriers, delivery and your number
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers and message delivery can change. Give us a valid mobile number you control. If you change your number, tell us and sign up again. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for failed, delayed or misdirected messages.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, change or end the program, or change the number we send from, and we will tell you about important changes. If you send STOP or HELP to an old number, we may not receive it, and we are not responsible for honoring requests sent to a number we no longer use. Using the program after a change means you accept it, where the law allows.
